VEHICLE STUCK IN DITCH ON STH 86 LEADS TO DRIVER BEING CITED FOR OWI FIRST OFFENSE
LINCOLN COUNTY – Last Wednesday, January 22nd a Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to the 8300 block of STH 86 regarding a vehicle stuck in a ditch. The driver of the vehicle stated that his dogs had distracted him when he was attempting to turn around causing the incident. Upon making contact with the 47-yr old driver from Merrill, the deputy noticed signs of impairment.
