Tuesday August 13 Primary Results Yield Few Surprises
Results from Tuesday’s Wisconsin Fall Primary were not all that surprising for residents of the Northwoods. Democrat Kyle Kilbourn will oppose Congressman Tom Tiffany for the 7th District House race in November, after defeating Elsa Duranceau in the Democratic primary, receiving 58% of the 56,000 votes cast. 35th Assemblyman Calvin Callahan easily defeated challenger Todd Mayer in the Republican race, garnering 85% of the vote.
