LINCOLN COUNTY – The Lincoln County Partisan Primary Election will take place tomorrow, Tuesday August 13, 2024. Two Republican candidates are running for the position of Lincoln County Clerk, with Steve Osness challenging the incumbent, Chris Marlowe.
