Merrill Police Department Report Week Ending September 29

MERRILL – The Merrill Police Department responded to 15 incidents last week. One accident was reported. There were 4 reports of domestic disturbance and disorderly conduct. There were 5 reports for theft and vandalism, Two of those reports were for people stealing political signs from yards.

A call was received for suspicious activity. A local resident called regarding a stray animal wandering into their home. A driver ran out of fuel on W Main St on Saturday the 28th, was assisted by officers and was then found to be driving with a revoked driver’s license, resulting in a citation for operating after revocation 4th offense. There was one arrest for felony bail jumping.
