Merrill Police Department Report for Week Ending September 8th
MERRILL – The Merrill Police Department responded to 7 incidents last week. There were 2 accidents reported, one on Theilman St on Saturday, September 7th involving two vehicles and causing property damage. A call was received for vandalism at a local business.
On Thursday, September 5th, the School Resource Officer investigated a report of suspicious activity involving a student. Two calls were received for unsafe driving, the drivers in both instances were placed under arrest for OWI.
A call was received regarding a tire slashing at a local residence. An investigation is ongoing regarding criminal damage to the property.
