Lincoln County Board of Adjustment July 25 Meeting Notes
LINCOLN COUNTY – The Lincoln County Board of Adjustment met on July 25 in the County Service Center.
Discussions took place at the meeting surrounding a request for variance from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to allow the construction of a new ATV trail in the Town of Bradley, which would be less than the required horizontal setback from the ordinary high water mark. A narrated video was prepared by Land Services Staff providing and overview of the property. No opponents to the request were present, though there were discussions regarding traffic safety and the lack of a Sheriff Department’s traffic report with the application. The motion to approve the request for variance was carried by unanimous vote.
The next meeting for the Board of Adjustment is yet TBD.
