No Injuries, Vehicle Total Loss In Thursday Morning Vehicle Fire Near Merrill
Several Merrill Fire Department units responded to the report of a vehicle fire Thursday morning on Brush Road in the town of Scott. Firefighters found that the vehicle was completely engulfed in flames when they arrived.
A Lincoln County Deputy who was dispatched to the scene used a fire extinguisher to douse the flames. With the assistance of the Merrill Firefighters, the fire was quickly snuffed out.
No injuries resulted from the incident. The vehicle was considered to be a total loss.
