MERRILL RESIDENTS REMINDED OF NO TREE TAPPING ON BOULEVARD, RIGHT OF WAY
MERRILL – Merrill Park and Recreation is reminding residents that per City Ordinance tapping maple trees on the boulevard or city right of way is prohibited. Those who have done so are directed to remove taps immediately, and if they are aware of neighbors who have done so please share this ordinance with them as well.
Tapping maple trees on personal property off of the right of way is permitted in the City.
