DISORDERLY CONDUCT REPORT IN MERRILL LEADS TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES

MERRILL – On Saturday March 22 at 6:55 PM, Merrill Police officers responded to a call regarding a disturbance at a local bar. A male party had entered the establishment and demanded that a call be made to his landlord before he eventually left. Upon locating the man who was intoxicated, officers identified him and he was arrested for disorderly conduct. MERRILL RESIDENTS REMINDED OF NO TREE TAPPING ON BOULEVARD, RIGHT OF WAY

MERRILL – Merrill Park and Recreation is reminding residents that per City Ordinance tapping maple trees on the boulevard or city right of way is prohibited. Those who have done so are directed to remove taps immediately, and if they are aware of neighbors who have done so please share this ordinance with them as well. Tapping maple trees on personal property off of the right of way is permitted in the City.
