The messages are an attempt to collect money from individuals through threat and intimidation. BROKERAGE CONTRACT FOR PINECREST SALE AWARDED TO MARCUS & MILLICHAMP

LINCOLN COUNTY – The Lincoln County Administrative and Legislative Committee met on Wednesday January 8 at the county Government Services Center. Following closed session, a motion was made by committee member Julie DePasse, seconded by member Ken Wickham regarding the brokerage contract for Pine Crest Nursing Home. The motion to award the contract to broker Marcus & Millichap was carried on voice vote. The committee believes the firm will bring the most advantageous bid for Lincoln County.
