LINCOLN COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT: WINTER CHORES CAN BE HARD ON THE HEART

LINCOLN COUNTY – The Lincoln County Health Department is reminding residents that winter can be very hard on your heart. Prior to completing winter chores such as shoveling and using a snowblower, it is best to check with your doctor to assure your body is able to handle the workload. When shoveling, keep scoops light and be sure to take breaks indoors to warm up.
