LINCOLN COUNTY ACCEPTING CITIZEN APPLICATIONS FOR COMMITTEE POSITIONS
MERRILL – Lincoln County is currently accepting applications for citizen participation on four committees or commissions. Though most committees are comprised of supervisors from the County Board, opportunities do exist for citizen members to serve. In order to qualify, candidates must be residents of Lincoln County and must be at least 18 years of age.
Outside of the Emergency Planning Commission, candidates may not hold any elective or appointive position or office. Those seeking membership on the Veteran’s Service Commission must be Veterans. Application are being accepted until January 13. More information is available on the Lincoln County Website.
