LINCOLN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ENTERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SALE OF PINE CREST
LINCOLN COUNTY – The Lincoln County Board of Supervisors has issued a Request for Proposal through the County Administrative Coordinator to contract with an individual or entity as a Real Estate Broker for Pine Crest Nursing Home. The intent is to provide information and solicit proposals from prospective buyers of the county-owned facility.
Specifications and instructions must be strictly followed and can be obtained from the County Clerk at 801 N. Sales Street or online at co.lincoln.wi.us. Proposals are due to the County Administrative Coordinator by Noon on Wednesday, December 13, and will be publicly opened at the Lincoln County Service Center lobby at 12:15 PM the same day.
