MERRILL – The Merrill Fire Department responded to 44 calls last week, bringing the total for 2024 to 1,971 calls.

There was one call on Saturday November 9th for smoke or odor removal on E 3rd St in the City of Merrill. There were 37 calls requesting EMS services. A call was received Friday November 8th regarding a motor vehicle accident with injuries in the Town of Pine River on CTH W.
