Merrill Police Department Report Week Ending October 13
MERRILL – The Merrill Police Department responded to 16 incidents last week. Two accidents were reported, one of those a hit and run in the parking lot of a local business. There were four reports of domestic disturbance and disorderly conduct. There were five reports of theft.
There was one false report of an individual who was deceased and lying against a utility pole. It was found the man was only napping.
There were two calls regarding probation violations, and two reports of residents being victims of scammers.
