Merrill Police Department Report Week Ending October 6

MERRILL – The Merrill Police Department responded to 18 incidents last week.

One accident was reported. There were two reports of domestic disturbance and disorderly conduct. There was one report for theft and one instance of a resident finding a cell phone and taking it to the police department. Two calls were received for suspicious activity. There were two reports of missing or unsupervised children, and one child custody dispute which also involved DNR hunting violations. There were three calls regarding probation violations, and two reports of Possession of Illegal Substances. There was one report of public intoxication resulting in an arrest for OWI. One call was received regarding a homeless individual, and there was one report of a parking violation.
