Local Cable Provider “Impersonators” Reportedly Trolling Merrill Neighborhoods
MERRILL – On October 2nd at 8:02 PM, the Merrill Police Dept received a call reporting two males had stopped at their home claiming to be from Spectrum and wearing Spectrum uniforms. The caller was suspicious, as their vehicle had no markings on it. An officer contacted Spectrum and found they were not currently conducting any door-to-door campaigns in the area, and they confirmed that all of their vehicles are marked.
The officer was unable to locate the individuals, and their intentions remain unknown at this time
