Merrill High School To Hold Open House On August 28

MERRILL – Back to School Vibes are in the air in Merrill! In the Fall 2024 Special Edition of the Blue Jay Beat, Merrill High School announced that they will hold an Open House on Wednesday August 28th from 10AM to 6PM. Merrill Fire Department Weekly Report Week Ending August 11

MERRILL – The Merrill Fire Department responded to 49 calls last week, bringing the total for 2024 to 1365 calls. There was one motor vehicle accident that resulted in injuries. There were 38 calls requesting EMS services, excluding the accident that resulted in injuries. There were two building fires and one vehicle fire. The department responded to a call on Thursday August 8 in the Town of Rock Falls where firefighters arrived to find the home fully engulfed in flames.
