Merrill Fire Department Report For Week Ending June 23
MERRILL – The Merrill Fire Department responded to 46 calls during the week ending June 23. This brings the total for 2024 to 1051 calls.
Three calls were for motor vehicle accidents resulting in an injury. There were 36 calls requesting EMS services, excluding the three accidents that resulted in injuries. There was one alert from a smoke detector activation that was unintentional with no fire on site, and another alert from a carbon monoxide detector activation. There was also a call regarding a downed power line. One call was canceled en route.
