Merrill City Band To Perform “Shiver Me Timbers!” At Normal Park On Wednesday June 19th
MERRILL – If you live in our around Merrill, don’t be surprised if you hear some cannon-like “booms” this coming Wednesday evening, June 19th. The explosions will be coming from the Merrill City Band’s newest “instrument” as they perform “Shiver Me Timbers, Music & Mayhem”. The band will actually have a live cannon on site shooting off some blanks between 4 ‘till 7pm, with a final blast at 8pm.
There will also be a large inflatable pirate ship, face painting, corn hole, ring toss, and of course – a Treasure Hunt! Director “Darby Deadbones” invites everyone from toddlers to Seniors to come on out and join the fun.
If you come dressed like a pirate, you’ll be entered to win a prize! Rain date for the event is Wednesday June 26th.
