Lincoln County Sheriff Department Summary – May 26, 2024
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted 94 traffic stops in the last week. One was for speeding, the driver was placed under arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, as was one of the passengers in the vehicle. Another stop took place for an expired registration, that driver was arrested for a 3rd offense OWI. Deputies responded to 14 crashes involving cars hitting deer.
The 911 Center took 47 calls as a result of last week’s storms.
